Shipping & Returns


Orders will ship out within 2-3 business days from time of ordering. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7 business days. We are unable to ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

  • Our Standard shipping charge is $5.00 and up depending on the total weight of items and location of destination.

  • USPS First Class Shipping - Arrives 5-7 business days from shipped date depending on location of destination.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right through remedying your concern, by providing a product replacement or exchange of similar value, or offering a refund if we’re unable to help.


  • To provide the best experience we ask that you notify us via email or phone with your intent to return within 30 days of purchase. Please see our contact information here

  • To receive a refund, all returns must be approved by our Customer Service Team with an authorized return number. 

  • Return shipping fees will be paid by the original purchaser. 

  • Additional shipping fees may not be refundable. 

  • Due to the speed of processing, we may be unable to cancel or amend  an order in any way once submitted. 


We reserve the right to refuse any refund/return if abuse is suspected. Any refund requests outside the scope of this policy will be handled at our team’s discretion. In no event will any remedy, replacement, or refund constitute an admission of any kind.
